Improve speaking, listening, reading, writing and vocabulary development and grammar skills to successfully transition to community college courses, academic transition. Students enter the intermediate high/ advanced level with enough ability in the use of English to function effectively in familiar and unfamiliar social, community, work, and academic situations and in basic survival situations related to their needs.
