This 9-week cooking class will be a hybrid class with in-person and online components. This class will offer one full day of in person instruction with ingredients. Online workshops, videos, quizzes, and materials will be taught on Zoom to complement the in-person instruction. Arrangements will be made for those wanting an online class without in-person instruction.
