Alameda Adult School is offering a free 4-week Optometric Assistant program course beginning June 24, 2019. This course is designed to teach medical terminology related to Optometry, customer service skills for Optometric Assistants, Front and Back office basic skills, among other features. To enroll in the Optometric Assistant Program, visit: Portable 25, 500 Pacific Avenue (Island High School Campus), Wednesday, June 19th @ 9:00 a.m. Classes begin June 24th to July 19th, Monday-Friday, 9 am – 12 pm.
