COVID-19 Emergency Response Supportive Services (CERSS) Initiative

September 10, 2020
Are you working less hours or not at all? Alameda County Workforce Development Board (ACWDB) has launched a new initiative to help some of our most vulnerable residents receive up to $800. Eligible participants can receive additional resources to help offset the cost of housing, transportation, utility bills, and technology to facilitate working from home.

These services are in addition to unemployment benefits and other safety net programs. ACWDB has four locations geographically disbursed throughout Alameda County. Interested individuals should contact their nearest Career Services Provider immediately as assistance is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
